A fully qualified instructor with over 10 years teaching experience to bodies of all ages, abilities and experiences. Pre and post natal pilates 4 week courses are held throughout the year as well as pop up 4 week total beginner pilates courses.

Class Styles
Pilates
A full body movement class that works the body in unison with big emphasis on breath. Hannah has a contemporary style in teaching pilates making it accommodating for all bodies, abilities and experiences.
Expect strength work, mobility, flexibility and even release and myo fascial release work. These classes are mixed level, every body is welcome.
Pilates Pulse
A fast paced Pilates class to the beat!
Suitable for those with pilates experience. Expect big beats, low impact cardio, pilates, and barre.
A full body workout.Not suitable for beginners or those recovering from injury
Vinyasa Yoga
A flowing Vinyasa Yoga class where all levels of experience are catered for. Expect flows that build on postures so you feel ready and warm for bigger balances and stretches.
The class always ends with long stretchy holds and a restful shivasana.
Codladh Sámh
A 60 minute candle light session of pure productive rest. Slow holds of Yin Yoga, Meditation, Breath work and Sound healing.
A class that helps to down regulate the nervous system, great to help with anxiety, insomnia, tense tight bodies and stress.
